Securities Quote Xchange, LLC, the organization that streamlines the delivery of hard-to-price securities to the investment community, announces two new products that efficiently deliver counterparty and broker priced swaps and over-the-counter puts and calls. SQX has been delivering a reliable pricing channel for difficult-to-price securities since 1997.

SQX has developed a web based system that eliminates the use of faxes, emails and telephone calls. This system provides a quicker more accurate means of receiving these quotes and allows the manager to download all their broker and counterparty marks into one file.

Trillions of swaps are traded every year. This new system streamlines and automates the delivery of swap net present values from counterparty to counterparty and provides a secure and confidential platform. The dealer can upload their marks by FTP, spreadsheet or priced them manually. The buyside users can download via a spreadsheet or FTP and stream the broker marks into their accounting system. SQX provides a time stamped price for your records.

SQX also allows you to select pricing frequencies of daily, weekly or monthly. Additionally, all SQX's pricing systems maintain a historical database of all pricing information for audit purposes for both the dealer and the investment manager.

OTC puts and calls can also be priced on SQX. This new pricing interface allows the dealer to provide fielded information such as option price, delta, volatility and reference price. The investment manager can select frequencies of daily, weekly and monthly pricing. The Broker can again, use FTP, Spreadsheets or manually upload their data and the requesting manager can download the data through FTP or spreadsheet.

The SQX system eliminates miscommunication and transcription errors, speeds up the collection of end-of-day quotes and creates an audit trail.
